The University of the Aegean | i4m Lab, in collaboration with the Disposable Identities Community, seeks to appoint a post-doctoral researcher starting in June 2020. The post-doc researcher will have an affiliation at the UAegean Information Management Lab. The position is in Mathematics and Cryptography (Applied Cryptography)

The researcher will have the opportunity to

- Become a key member of IT systems design and development project teams (including software development)

- Bring the latest theoretical advances in applied cryptography as close as possible to functional specifications for IT system development (mostly to Self-Sovereign Identity technologies-based design and development)

- Provide input to implement the cryptographic primitives in any platforms/language

- Audit the adequacy of design specifications for software development and work with testing methodologies for crypto-wallets and crypto-changes to ensure the appropriate level of quality during the development stage
